How good has the Falcons’ run defense been? The Falcons allowed nine rushing yards to feature running back DeMarco Murray in week 1, 43 yards to Andre Williams in week 2, 87 yards to Joseph Randle in week 3 and 10 yards to Arian Foster in week 4.

What has made the Falcons’ defense so good at stopping a team’s feature running back? Credit head coach Dan Quinn with that. The depth the team possesses in 2015 may be the deepest the front seven has been in 10 years. The run defense is no fluke. The amount of solid running backs the team has faced thus far in 2015 are no joke. The sky is the limit.
