Mistakes finally caught up with the Atlanta Falcons as they dropped their first game of the 2015 season, 31-21 to the New Orleans Saints on the road. The Falcons turned the ball over three more times on the night including two fumbles in the redzone.

The Falcons, however still hold a 5-1 record and continue to sit atop the NFC South. The Carolina Panthers (4-0) travel to Seattle to take on the Seahawks this Sunday. We all know what that result will be.

So, the Falcons dropped a game, so what. The Falcons’ next three games consist of the Tennessee Titans, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and San Francisco 49ers. Our chances are very good over the course of those three games while the Panthers’ next three aren’t so easy.

This team isn’t perfect. it’s going to have its ups and downs, but a 5-1 record is nothing to be ashamed of. Nobody, not even Falcons’ fans saw this kind of start coming. There is no need to panic, but plenty of time to Rise up and keep rooting for your team!

Let’s take a look at five things we learned in the Falcons’ first loss of 2015.
