This tandem comes as little bit of a surprise to start the 2015 season. Marshawn Lynch is a name that everyone knows and knows well, but Thomas Rawls has burst onto the scene. Rawls has received a lot of playing time with injuries to Lynch and has done a terrific job in his place.

Rawls is currently leading the Seattle Seahawks in rushing with 334 yards and has scored one touchdown. Rawls is averaging 5.7 yards per attempt which ranks second in the NFL among running backs as well.

Lynch on the other hand got off to an extremely slow start, but has done a better job as of late for the Seahawks.  Lynch has 182 yards rushing and has scored one touchdown.

These aren’t your prototypical numbers from Lynch, but the entire Seahawks’ team is struggling to gain yards, so I don’t know how much you should look into that. Is he on the decline? It’s very possible, but too early to tell.

This tandem has combined for 516 yards and two touchdowns on the year.

Sure, these numbers seem low for the Seahawks, but Russel Wilson has 251 yards rushing on 45 attempts, so that makes up for it.
