Through the Green Bay Packers’ first six games of the year, the leading rusher is the teams’ No. 2 back James Starks rather than the starter Eddie Lacy. The two men are separated by just three carries. Lacy leads with 67 carries while Starks has 64.

Starks has compiled 286 rushing yards and has scored one touchdown. Lacy on the other hand has 260 rushing yards and also has one touchdown.

What stands out more than anything is the longest rush by either men. Starks’ longest rush went for 65 yards while Lacy’s longest went for just 16.

The tandem has combined for 546 yards and two touchdowns.

Both of these running backs are huge men. They exert a lot of power and each have surprisingly good break-away speed. The touchdown numbers aren’t very high, but they get a pass since their quarterback is Aaron Rodgers.
