As of right now, they may be the only evenly matched running back tandem in the NFL. To start the 2014 season, it was the Giovanni Bernard show. But, after a few fumbles, rookie Jeremy Hill got a chance to show off what he could do and the rest was history.

But not so fast! Back came Bernard. Bernard is the current first string running back six games into 2015 while Hill is now the No.2 back. Bernard heads into week 7 with the eight most rushing yards in the NFL with 427 on 77 attempt. Bernard’s 5.5 yards per attempt ranks third in the NFL as well.

However, Bernard has scored just two touchdowns on the year.

Hill on the other hand has rushed for 232 yards on 74 attempts and has scored five touchdowns. Hill has carried the ball just three fewer times than Bernard, yet averages just 3.1 yards per attempt.

As a tandem, Bernard and Hill have combined for 679 yards and seven touchdowns. Not too shabby.
