Who to watch

Vic Beasley

With the pass rush needing some, well, actual pass rush, can the rookie Vic Beasley step up to the plate? The eighth overall pick back in April has made some nice plays this season and flashed a ton of potential, but at some point we need to see more.

First round selections, particularly when selected so high, have high expectations to deliver in year one, and so far we haven’t seen enough consistency from the all-time Clemson sack leader. This would be a great game to make an impact.

Andy Levitre

This game will be extra special for Andy Levitre, who will line up against his former team. The guard was traded to the Falcons from the Titans in early September and has been a good addition to an offensive line that was in desperate need of help.

He will be hoping to make a big impact on the game in the trenches and show Tennessee on film this week why they shouldn’t have let him go.

Justin Durant

Justin Durant is expected to return this week from an elbow injury, and his return should be a major boost on defense. Maybe Durant will be assigned to covering tight end Delanie Walker at times on Sunday? That’s one of the keys to stopping the Titans offense.
