Interesting huh? Well, it all has to do with Joplo Bartu’s high-top fade haircut. Frankenstein has a nice flat top rocking so why not? A good makeup artist could turn Bartu into one cool looking Frankenstein. This might be the most creative choice of them all. If pulled off correctly, this could look really scary on Halloween.
