The Buccaneers seem to shift into another gear when they play divisional opponents on the road. Their first win of the season was against the Saints, and they have just pulled off another upset in the Georgia Dome against the Falcons.
Atlanta made a lot of mistakes, but Tampa Bay deserve credit for taking full advantage. The Bucs turned all four Falcons turnovers into points, and pulled into a 20-3 lead at one point. Just like they let a 24-0 lead over Washington slip away the week prior, this lead was also wiped out with a Julio Jones touchdown late in the game.
As we went into overtime, it felt like the only winner was going to be Atlanta. But Jameis Winston and his team had other ideas, taking the lead with a field goal and then turning it over on downs. Tampa Bay gets it done and improves to 3-4.
