Every member of staff got at least one prediction wrong last week, as everyone picked the Atlanta Falcons to defeat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at home. That obviously didn’t happen, which left two games featuring NFC South teams to right the ship.

Unfortunately for some, that meant losing records on the week, with many of our writers going 1-2 last week. Poor Alphonso Thomas, who entered Week 8 bottom of our standings, went 0-3 last week. It’s time to turn that around.

This week’s schedule features a rematch of the 2012 NFC Championship Game between the Atlanta Falcons and San Francisco 49ers, except this time the talent isn’t at the same level. The Carolina Panthers’ bid to stay unbeaten gets its toughest challenge yet as Green Bay comes to town, and Tampa Bay looks to win back-to-back games with a win over the New York Giants.

Who will the Blogging Dirty staff pick this week?

Standings:
Curtis Hobbs, Aloïs Piet (17-8)
Adnan Ikic (16-9)
Kevin Knight, Harrison Nayler, Eric Robinson (15-10)
Alphonso Thomas (11-15)
