The Atlanta Falcons bye week is over, and so far we’ve seen the good and the bad. We’ve seen the emergence of Devonta Freeman, a steady-improving defense and the creativity of Kyle Shanahan’s offense.

Though Dan Quinn has made major improvements to the team, there’s still a lot the team must do to get better. One is the challenge of generating a better pass rush; the Falcons have just 10 sacks on the season. Another is solving the issues at center.

With the Falcons resting on bye, I’ve looked over each position group and set grades for those who have recorded some type of playing time. Some of the grade are satisfying and others are, well, I’ll just quote Mike Smith: “It’s a process”.
