This was a huge win for the Seattle Seahawks, one they desperately needed. The win is their sixth of the season, and puts them above Atlanta in a wild-card spot. This is the time to get hot, and the Seahawks have plenty of experience when it comes to big December games.
Three games behind the Cardinals, the Seahawks’ hopes of winning the NFC West are all but gone, but they can be a dangerous wild-card team. Home field advantage has helped them reach the past two Super Bowls, but you will struggle to find a team who would want to play Seattle in the playoffs, home or away.
The Seahawks play a huge game on the road this week with the Vikings. Who knows how important the game could be when it comes to playoff seeding? Seattle isn’t the team it was the past couple of years, but if they can get hot, look out.
