25. SAN DIEGO CHARGERS (3-8)

The Chargers’ losing streak finally ended at six, after they defeated the Jacksonville Jaguars. San Diego has been wiped out with injuries this season, and it has made life difficult on both sides of the football.

Losing a number of playmakers on offense has hurt their production on that side of the football. Their defense has been unable to do anything, so the offense had to bail them out regularly. With so many key injuries, this became too much to ask. San Diego is No. 24 in defense, No. 26 against the run and No. 22 against the pass. They give up 27.9 points per game, which is second most.

San Diego will have a high draft pick next April, but what will they do with it? The offensive line needs help, as does the defense. Would they dare take a quarterback to develop into Philip Rivers’ successor?
