The offenses

What the Falcons have achieved this season fairly well is balance on offense. With the emergence of Devonta Freeman and impressive play of Tevin Coleman when called upon (fumbles aside), the offense has finally had a run game defenses actually respect.

Doug Martin offers the same threat for the Buccaneers. Martin is No. 2 in rushing yards this season with three touchdowns. He is without a doubt the biggest threat the Falcons have to watch out for on Sunday. In the Week 8 meeting, Martin rushed 23 times for 71 yards.

The Falcons have a strong passing game, so long as they aren’t turning the football over. This has been a major issue of late. If Ryan can take better care of the football, they have the talent to burn good defenses. Julio Jones is arguably the best receiver in the game, and requires plenty of attention from opposing defenses.

Both offenses have been good this year, and the unit that makes the fewest mistakes will likely win.
