10. Forget about the Panthers

The tough run the Falcons have been on of late ended in disaster against the Panthers. But Atlanta must move on and forget about the blowout. It’s done, and it’s just football. Dan Quinn needs to quickly turn the page and move on to the Jaguars.

The team needs to play with some energy and some fire, they have nothing to lose. Enter this game 0-0, not the team that’s gone 1-7 over the past eight games. Worry about the Panthers next week.

9. Start fast

The best way to put last week’s humiliation behind them is to start fast. This has been a problem for the Falcons all season long, and it proved to be costly against Carolina. Good offenses will punish them if they start slow. The Panthers raced into a 14-0 lead and the Falcons fell apart.

No road game is easy, and this is the Falcons’ third straight on the road. This is a strain on the roster, but getting points on the board early can fix all of that. If they can start fast, it will easy to forget about last week’s loss and focus on the target ahead, and that’s to beat the Jacksonville Jaguars.
