December 27, 2015 will go down in history as the day the Atlanta Falcons knocked off the 14-0 Carolina Panthers at home but it will also go down as the day the team was eliminated from playoff contention.

Despite the win-lose situation, the Falcons and their fans have nothing but good things to say about the day after Matt Ryan, Julio Jones and Vic Beasley outplayed Cam Newton and the Panthers en route to a 20-13 victory in the Georgia  Dome.

Once the season is over and we move into the dog days of the offseason, we will all look back and reminisce at what took place on this glorious afternoon in Atlanta. Touchdown Julio Jones! Beasley striped Newton! Down go the Panthers! Dab!
