Justin Durant has played good football everywhere he has been but one thing remained a constant. His injuries. Durant has always struggled with injuries throughout his 9-year career and 2015 was no different. However, Durant was able to play in 13 games for the Falcons and finished second on the team in tackles with 82.

Durant’s 82 tackles was the most he has recorded in a single season since the 2012 season and was the third most of his career, respectively. Durant didn’t have a lot of flashy plays in 2015, but he did make one play that avid fans will not take lightly.

Durant deflected a pass on third down against the Carolina Panthers that set up a would be fourth down play that fell incomplete. The pass attempt likely would have been completed if not for Durant’s defection which helped the Falcons knock of the then 14-0 Panthers.
