If you watched the Atlanta Falcons play this year, it became increasingly obvious that this time still needs refined from the top of the organization to the bottom. The band-aids that were placed on this franchise for years were ripped away exposing the deep wounds that left this team sub-par to many teams along its way.

Constantly, costly turnovers, missed tackles and poor execution dug the grave deeper for the Atlanta Falcons season that showed rejuvenated life at the beginning. Once the band-aids were ripped off, the wounds began to bleed and teams around the NFL began to take part in the slow demise of the Falcons season.

Now, the question that swirls around in every part of this franchise is “how can this team be fixed”? Is there a formula to getting this organization off of the treadmill of mediocrity that has haunted them for years?

What we’re finding is that this is going to be a much slower process than expected, but there are ways that this can be corrected quicker rather than later. And, if the Falcons will take these approaches, then we may see them raising the eluding Lombardi Trophy.
