Atlanta Falcons: How can they become more successful?

Whether we like it or not, the Carolina Panthers are the class of the NFC South and the class of the entire NFC.

The Panthers are just one game away from winning the super bowl and will without a doubt be the no.1 ranked team heading into next season.

Not only do the Atlanta Falcons need to improve their roster in order to compete for a playoff spot moving forward, but they also will need to improve their roster to better prepare themselves for a powerhouse like the Panthers.

We all got a glimpse of just how good the Falcons can be when the knocked off the Panthers in week 16, but are quite a ways away from putting that type of game together every time out like Carolina does.

Here are five things that the Falcons need to do in order to better prepare themselves for a Cam Newton led team heading into next season.
