5) Bring more energy

Energy is something that you cannot teach, but it’s something that the Atlanta Falcons desperately need. Look at the two teams headed to this years’ super bowl. Both of them are high-energy teams and have fun playing the game.

There aren’t really any players on the Falcons that bring that type of energy outside of Devonta Freeman. Someone on defense needs to step up and be a leader and put the fear of god on opposing teams.

The best way to find players with this is via the draft. Look at what type of player they were in college. If you’re torn between two guys, pick the one who is more energetic on the football field. That player’s odds of succeeding are a lot higher.
