Reports state that after the first day of practice, Miller had a meeting with the Atlanta Falcons and it seem that things went well. While being interviewed by the media, Miller stated “I would love to come help out Julio in Atlanta”. I’m sure that Falcon fans would love see him along Julio Jones.

After three years as Ohio State’s star quarterback, Braxton Miller made the transition to being the team’s all-around offensive weapon for the Buckeyes. Though his skill set can be turned into elite talent, Miller was not one of the top receivers statically with only 26 receptions for 341 yards. Still, the talent along the Falcons’ roster could really use some help.

Miller has great movement in lower body when breaking on routes and his ability to change direction was almost unmatched at the Senior Bowl. At 6-1 204 pounds, Miller has nice to size to work this way through press coverage but doesn’t use his hands well.

It’ll be nice to see Braxton picked up in the third round and paired up with Kyle Shanahan and Julio Jones. Miller would be able to take attention away from Julio while also being an offensive weapon that could play anywhere along the field.
