The Falcons are going to sign or draft a wide receiver whether you like it or not. Signing or drafting a receiver also has nothing to do with Roddy White’s future with the team. Even if the Falcons keep him around for another season, they will still bring in his future replacement so just prepare yourselves for that.

The Falcons attempted to do this by signing Leonard Hankerson but we all know how that story ended. Hankerson started out great but fell off a cliff and was cut mid-season. There are tons of options to choose from in both the draft and in free agency so the Falcons shouldn’t have to look very far for a new wide receiver.
