The Falcons closes out their 2016 draft with the selection of a raw but athletic linebacker. At 6’3 239 lbs, Smith has NFL size but what he doesn’t have quite yet is strength to play on a regular basis.

With his size and speed, Smith can be an asset to the special teams while also having a developmental window to possibly be an integral part to the Falcons linebacker unit. Given the right amount of time and opportunity, Smith can be a true asset down the road.
