The Atlanta Falcons have been directly linked to two wide receivers in this year’s free agency class and one of them is former Cincinnati Bengals’ wideout Mohamed Sanu. Sanu is 6-3, 210-pound receiver that has been held out of the spotlight in his time with the Bengals.

Sanu was nothing more than a third option with A.J. Green and Marvin Jones on the roster but many believe Sanu possesses all of the traits to be a very good No.2 option on a team with a need. Luckily for Sanu, the Falcons are in dire need of a No. 2 receiver with the release of Roddy White and could be on his way to Atlanta in the very near future.

Money is not an issue when it comes to signing Sanu to a long-term contract. The Falcons have more than $30 million to spend in free agency and Sanu would only cost them around 4-5 of that. If the other prize possession’s are gone, Sanu would be a nice addition to the Falcons’ roster with the 2016 NFL draft coming up.
