The Falcons don’t have a solid nose tackle on the roster after cutting Paul Soliai

The Atlanta Falcons asked Paul Soliai to take a pay cut and he said no so you know how the story ends up. Atlanta cut him and he then signed with the Carolina Panthers of all teams. Stabbing the Falcons in the back or not, Atlanta now has a real hole to fill at the nose tackle position.

The only current 1-tech nose tackle on the roster is Joey Mbu and is nothing more than a backup. So who will be the Falcons’ starting 1-tech next season? Your guess is as good as mine at this point. Atlanta doesn’t need to put this on the back burner. They need to hurry up and fix this issue before it gets out of hand.
