8) Ryan Schraeder – RT

Atlanta Falcons’ general manager Thomas Dimitroff get’s a lot of flack for all of the negative things he has done, but rarely ever gets credited for the good things. One great thing he did was signing Ryan Schraeder as an undrafted free agent out of Valdosta State university in 2013.

It’s very important to remember that Valdosta State is in no way shape or form a football powerhouse. It is a rather low-key university in the state of Georgia where the players not good enough to play for Georgia Tech or UGA go to. As harsh as that may sound, it’s the truth so to think that his career has turned out the way it has is rather remarkable.

Schraeder had one bad game in 2015 and that was against J.J. Watt. Other than that, his 2015 season went as good as it possibly could have and as a result he was ranked as an all-pro tackle by pro football focus. Schraeder was a rock last season. He rarely ever allowed his defender to get past him and did very well in run protection as well. He more than deserves a spot on this top 10.
