What the Atlanta Falcons’ roster would look like with Georgia natives
It’s no secret that the state of Georgia has produced a ton of NFL talent. The likes of Ray Guy, Fran Tarkenton, Shannon Sharpe and many, many others got their start in the great state of Georgia. And just like the greats that have come and gone, there are a ton of players in today’s league that once played high school ball in Georgia.
We here at Blogging Dirty thought it would be fun to imagine what the Atlanta Falcons’ roster would look like with only players that played high school ball in Georgia. In some states, the roster may not look that great. But not in Georgia. This roster is beyond loaded.
Forgive us if we left off a name or two. But regardless if we did, this roster listed before you is easily good enough to win numerous super bowls. It’s almost unfair to even think about having a team with all of these wonderful players.
Let’s just say that the combined salaries of these players is well above what an NFL team is allowed to have.
We didn’t list offensive lineman, but pretty much every other position was hit on. If there’s someone not on this list that you feel should be, please leave us a comment and let us know! We want to have all the input we can get! P.S. we put on special player on this list that announced his so-called “retirement” just because it wouldn’t seem right leaving him off. I’m sure you can guess which player that is.

It makes me a little bit sad that this isn’t what the Falcons’ roster looks like. And it makes me even more sad that none of these players are even on the Falcons to begin with!
