10. Brandin Cooks

Brandin Cooks was an exciting player to watch this past season. He was everything the Saints had hoped to gain when they drafted him. While these rankings are not based on the past season alone Cook’s 2015 campaign was enough to land him a spot on the list. He finished the year with 1,138 receiving yards and nine touchdowns.

This list is based both on past and future and Cooks may have the brightest future of any receiver in the league not named Julio Jones. He has ridiculous speed that is going to result in a lot of long touchdown catches and a lot of missed tackles.

What sets Cooks apart from the running backs that are close to making this list is both his age and the offense he has around him. The Saints’ pass protection is lacking and Drew Brees is known for spreading the ball around. The fact he was able to rack up the stats he did shows just how special of a player he is and is becoming, although it never hurts to have a future Hall of Fame quarterback throwing the ball your way.
