When Dan Quinn released his first depth chart last Sunday, it had Aldrick Robinson listed as the No. 4 wide receiver. That might have come as a shock to some people, but if you have been attending training camp, you would know that it was no fluke.

Robinson is a player that the Falcons’ coaching staff loves, and everyone got a taste of what he can do in their win over the Redskins. Robinson hauled in three passes for 118 yards, two of which went for 47 and 68 yards.

Robinson was interfered with on his first reception that went for 47 yards and his second was a ball that he came back to and took off with. Robinson showed us his 4.43 40-yard dash speed and pretty much solidified himself as the Falcons’ No. 4 receiver heading into week 1.

Kudos to him. He’s earned it thus far.
