After a monumental victory last week over the defending Super Bowl champion Denver Broncos, the Atlanta Falcons are now 4-1, first place in the NFC South and one of the most talked about teams in the NFL.

While it’s normal to feel good about the strides that the Falcons are making, the season doesn’t end here and up next for the talented Falcons are physical and always motivated Seattle Seahawks. A team that presents an ultimate test for the resilient Falcons. Under Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan, the Falcons have recorded a 3-1 record against Seattle, including two victories in the Pacific Northwest.

An interesting game of chess between two head coaches who were once sharing the same sideline sets up an intriguing contest. As many of you know, head coach Dan Quinn was an assistant head coach/defensive line coach in Seattle during the 2009-2010 season and defensive coordinator during the Seahawks 2013 Super Bowl run. These are two coaches who know each other quite well, which makes for an outstanding matchup.

Before these two teams kick off on Sunday, here is the checklist for Atlanta, that can lead to another impactful win during the Falcons 2016 season.
