Tampa Bay Buccaneers: DeSean Jackson, WR

Though Mike Evans was a beast at Wide Receiver for the Bucs in 2016, Tampa Bay lacked a true second option in the passing game. They needed a real threat to step up when Evans was doubled, and the Buccaneers got that threat in the form of DeSean Jackson.

Jackson signed with the Buccaneers on March 29th, 2017, agreeing to a three year, $33.5 million deal.

As Jackson is often thought to be one of the best deep threat receivers in the league, and one of the fastest in his prime, Tampa Bay has given Jameis Winston an impressive receiving corps to work with.
