It would only make sense given the talent on the Falcons roster to go after a young offensive mind that can take a fresh look at what the Falcons strengths are and help get them to another level and truly be Super Bowl candidates.

Eric Bieniemy

The current offensive coordinator for the Kansas City Chiefs. He has been with the franchise since 2013 but has been their OC the last two years which have seen them flourish offensively and he has helped Patrick Mahomes become an overnight sensation and MVP.

When you watch the Chiefs play, you see how prepared they are and the game plan that he has in place makes it obvious that he understands how to dot every I and cross every T.

Pete Carmichael Jr

Yes, we are suggesting that the Falcons target the longtime Saints offensive coordinator. He has been directing and game planning for Drew Brees for more than a decade. While Carmichael may be the oldest coach on this list, he is still under 50 and has had a lot of success as an offensive coordinator.

While the Saints are dirty words in Atlanta, there is no disputing that their coaching staff is better than any staff we have had in Atlanta over the last decade and that they do a great job of game-planning and getting the best out of their players.

Kellen Moore

The youngest and least experienced coach on this list. However, in order to truly achieve success in life, one must take risks. High risk, high reward, and Kellen Moore’s upside outweigh that fact that he was a player a year ago.

There is something to be said about coaching talent and their ability to dedicate more time and efficiency to their jobs. Taking a fresh look at things and being able to evaluate what this Falcons roster has and what it needs is needed terribly.
