The Atlanta Falcons, like every team, has strengths the weaknesses. If they are going to become contenders, they are going to have to address more of their weaknesses while continuing to polish their strengths.

With the way the season has gone for the Atlanta Falcons, there is the fan that insists on cleaning the house and getting rid of everyone from Matt Ryan all the way down to the 53rd man on the roster.

The reality is that every NFL teams have a weakness somewhere on the roster no matter what their record shows.

Some will claim that our biggest weakness is at quarterback because Matt Ryan is there. Ryan might not be what he used to be, but he is far from the problem.

Some will point out the coaching needs to be better. While some changes in the coaching ranks would do this team some good, if you don’t have the proper talent or players that have to the drive to get better, coaching will only do so much.

The Falcons don’t have the best record but that doesn’t mean that there aren’t any bright spots on the roster.

The Falcons have their fair share of young talent mixed in with some experience as well.

Going into the 2020 season, there are positions on this team that are fine just the way they are. Adding to those positions would just be the icing on top of the cake.

There are also positions that the Falcons really need to do their homework on. Whether it’s scouting draft prospects or looking to free agency to find players that fit the needs of this team and getting rid of the players that continue to affect this team with their shortcomings.
