Former Atlanta Falcons have sons following in their footsteps
Joe Horn and Jaycee Horn
Joe Horn‘s son, Jaycee Horn, is a junior who plays cornerback for the South Carolina Gamecocks.
Horn’s stock has been rising this season after a string of strong performances to begin the campaign. His recent performance against Auburn wide receiver Seth Williams, one of the top offensive weapons in college football, has only seen the hype increase. Williams reeled in only four of 13 targets, while Horn ended the day with two interceptions and four pass breakups.
Horn is expected to declare for the 2021 NFL Draft following the season and should hear his name called early as one of the top cornerbacks in the class. He has the size, physicality, and athleticism to succeed at the next level.
Joe Horn spent a year with the Atlanta Falcons after spending his most productive years with the New Orleans Saints. While he had little impact on the stat sheet during his time in Atlanta, his work ethic and professionalism were infectious and Roddy White credits Horn with helping him become one of the best players in franchise history. At age 20, Jaycee looks to have the same mindset.
