1. You can still build around him and know what you’re getting

By now, you know what you’re getting out of Matt Ryan.

Do you really want to take the chance on a youngster coming out of the draft or a free agent project?

The best bet for the Falcons to be successful is to build up that offensive line and to draft pieces that can make that defense better.

You’re not going to win anything when your defense is averaging giving up more than 25 points per game. You’re not going to win anything when your offensive line is near the bottom of the league.
