2. Build around Matt Ryan

I understand that many of you want to move on from Matt Ryan and it’s understandable that he hasn’t shown the first-team All-Pro ability that he once had a half-decade ago.

That being said, Ryan isn’t the problem with this offense. He’s not the reason that the Falcons aren’t winning.

Has he made his fair share of mistakes? Yes. But his contract is simply too much to just throw him away and blow it all up.

If the Falcons want to be successful in the near future, they need to build around Ryan’s strengths and put playmakers around him- particularly on the offensive line- who can bring out the best in him and hide some of his deficiencies.
