2. Jeremy Chinn

Sticking with a theme here, there was another second-rounder who might’ve been able to make a little more impact than Davidson who was drafted behind him.

This one hurts a little more, though, because it was an NFC South rival in the Carolina Panthers who drafted S Jeremy Chinn.

The Panthers traded to get the last pick in the second-round and they got a gem as a result.

Chinn started all 15 games he played in with Carolina and was a candidate for NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year. He finished the year with 117 tackles, a sack, an interception, two forced fumbles and two defensive touchdowns.
