When the schedules for the 2021 NFL season were released, who would’ve ever imagined that the Atlanta Falcons would be major winners?

We all knew coming into the schedule release that the Falcons were going to have one of the league’s easiest schedules following their 2020 season in which they finished fourth in the NFC South and had just a 4-12 overall record.

Still, with a new coach in Arthur Smith and a new GM in Terry Fontenot, there is a renewed hope that the franchise could be rising from the ashes sooner rather than later.

The Atlanta Falcons had no trouble winning the night by trolling their opponents in an incredible video

Shortly after the schedule was released, the Falcons posted a video on Twitter with the message ‘On a journey to find dubs.’

The video is narrated through and takes subtle shots at several opponents, including the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Buffalo Bills, Detroit Lions, New England Patriots, Carolina Panthers, the entire NFC East, several other teams and, of course, the New Orleans Saints.

If you haven’t seen the video, it’s certainly worth your time to give it a watch if you’re looking for a few laughs.

The video brings up subjects like Tom Brady’s breakup with Bill Belichik, the continuous mediocre fight within the NFC East and the subpar nature of the Panthers’ mascot, just to name a few.

In the end, the Atlanta Falcons might not be winning on the field but they are certainly winning on social media. The Falcons have put together a great team in their marketing department and that’s why they’re one of the top-rated NFL franchises when it comes to engagements on social media.

The creativity, humor and talent coming from that department should be admired.

Even if doesn’t amount to wins on the field, it’s still a fun little topic here in the midst of the offseason.
