4. Atlanta Falcons could pick up whoever the Steelers let go

The Pittsburgh Steelers have three capable backups in Josh Dobbs, Mason Rudolph, and a humbled and resurgent Dwayne Haskins. They have a tough choice ahead of them as to who makes the roster.

Pittsburgh certainly isn’t going to carry three quarterbacks behind Big Ben leaving them with a tough choice as to who they will cut.

This works to Atlanta’s benefit, signing a cheap quarterback and cutting him after the final pre-season game Atlanta could turn their attention to whomever the Steelers decide to part ways with.

Haskins has flashed enough of his first-round potential to stick around he would be a surprise cut considering how excited many fans have been about his resurgence. This leaves Rudolph and Dobbs as either would be solid options for Atlanta and certainly upgrades over Franks or any free agents currently available.
