Every team in the NFL has players that every other team wishes they could have, even the Atlanta Falcons.

Every team could use Calvin Ridley, Kyle Pitts, Grady Jarrett, and Deion Jones. They are stars at their respective positions in which teams could find a way to use.

So on each team, who is one offensive and one defensive player that the Atlanta Falcons would steal away from their team?

This list will not include quarterbacks, as it makes it more interesting for each team, as well as salaries, are not going to be taken into account.

Here are one offensive and one defensive player from each NFC team that the Atlanta Falcons would steal in a heartbeat if they could. Starting with our own division – the NFC South.

Atlanta Falcons potential poaching from division rivals

New Orleans Saints:

Ryan Ramsczyk – OT

Cam Jordan – DE

The Atlanta Falcons have a spot open at right tackle, and if they were to be able to snatch a division rivals offensive lineman, Ryan Ramsczyk would be a top choice. He has been a steady force for the blasted Saints offense. Alvin Kamara was considered, but Ramsczyk’s value is higher.

As annoying as it is, Cam Jordan should be the choice here. It was close to being Marcus Williams – the Atlanta Falcons legend – but Cam Jordan has routinely shredded the right side of the Falcons offensive line for years.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers:

Mike Evans – WR

Shaquil Barrett – OLB

Mike Evans reminds people of Julio Jones, while he might not be as talented as Julio, he goes about his business through the year and does not complain. He is also a huge receiver who would pair nicely with Ridley and Pitts, especially in the red zone.

Seemingly every NFL team has at least one pass rusher that the Atlanta Falcons would steal without hesitation. Shaq Barrett would be a sight to behold with Dean Pees coaching him.

Carolina Panthers:

Christian McCaffrey – RB

Brian Burns – OLB

Christian McCaffrey is one of the top receiving threats at the position in the NFL, he would add a dimension to the Falcons offense that they currently lack. If he stays healthy, he can be one of the best in the game.

Brian Burns could easily be an Atlanta Falcon, but they passed on him for Chris Lindstrom. Chris Lindstrom has shown his ability to play at a high level, and Brian Burns has been inconsistent. It is too early to say whether the Falcons made the right decision, but that does not mean they would not take Burns to add to their team.
