Atlanta Falcons free agent target: Calais Campbell – DT

Previous team: Baltimore Ravens

While Calais Campbell is not the type of player he used to be, he could still be a great complement to Grady Jarrett for the Atlanta Falcons.

Everyone knows how big of a human Campbell is. He is also extremely versatile along the defensive line. He will line up anywhere Dean Pees needed.

He also happens to come from the Baltimore Ravens, which is the same place Pees coached for numerous years, and they have basically the same scheme now as they did years back. Campbell will fit most schemes, but having him with the Falcons could help both parties out significantly.

He would not be coming in expected to produce ten plus sacks like he used to, he is on the downside of his career, unfortunately, but that also means he will demand less money.

All of this assuming that he wants to return and play for a new team in his 15th year in the league.
