2) Week 17: at Buffalo Bills

This is probably the best team that the Atlanta Falcons will play all season. The Bills have talent all over the roster.

You know about Josh Allen and Stefon Diggs but they have other elite players like Tredavious White, Matt Milano, Jordan Poyer, Micah Hyde, Jerry Hughes, and A.J. Epenesa. They have so many great players on defense that get overshadowed by their explosive offense.

Not only do the Falcons have to fight the Bills but they also have to fight the cold weather in Buffalo two days into the new year.

Perhaps if it is snowing that will limit both of the teams’ passing games that they rely on. Buffalo in January can bring a lot of elements that Atlanta is simply not used to playing in. Certainly, that plays in the Bills’ favor.

If the Falcons continue to lose, perhaps this might be one of the surprising late-season games that they have had in past years. Think back to two years ago when Atlanta took on the surging 49ers and was able to pull off a win on a late touchdown to Julio Jones.

Then last season, they were able to take the Kansas City Chiefs to the end of the game when Younghoe Koo made a rare mistake on a missed field goal that would have tied it.

This could possibly be one of those games that they show fight late in the season against a superior team.

Even so, you figure it is a game that if the Bills have something to fight for when it comes to playoff positioning, they will bring their “A” game. Atlanta does not match up well against Buffalo one bit.
