The Atlanta Falcons and Washington Football Team will both be getting back two key players in time for their matchup against each other.

Both of these teams have been able to stay relatively healthy—excluding Washington losing Ryan Fitzpatrick for an extended time—and that is all you can ask to this point. Of course, each team has their small injuries that might hold a player out for a couple games, but neither has had one of their star players miss significant time.

Falcons A.J. Terrell and Washington’s Curtis Samuel are good to go for Sunday.

This is a very interesting turn of events when you look at matchups between Atlanta and Washington. This could potentially be two guys coming off of injuries going against each other as Terrell might cover the returning wide receiver, Curtis Samuel, for Washington.

A.J. Terrell is the clear top corner for Atlanta, he is a player they should build around for years to come. He has recovered from a concussion suffered in week two on an athletic play made by him.

Meanwhile, for Washington, this will be the debut for Curtis Samuel on the team.

He was a big-name free agent out of Carolina because of his versatility and playmaking ability. Washington ended up landing him on a three-year, $34.5 million deal.

Head coach Ron Rivera has already stated that he will still be limited, however.

"“We’ll sprinkle him in. There are some things he did that I really liked seeing today … It’s not like we expect him to come out and play 65 plays. That’s the thing we have to be smart about.”"

While Samuel might be limited, it seems like Terrell will likely play the majority, if not, the entire game as he only missed one week and does not need time to reacclimate.

So for two teams trying to fight to get to .500 on the year, these are two big boosts. Hopefully, this will end up giving Atlanta the bigger advantage resulting in a win.
