1. Tajae Sharpe has a huge performance to help carry Atlanta to a win

If you’re not familiar with Tajae Sharpe, don’t worry the receiver is Atlanta’s fourth option and has had limited action this season. He caught two balls last week and has played limited snaps. Now, however, with Calvin Ridley and Russell Gage both gone Sharpe is going to step up and be Atlanta’s best receiver in week five.

Sharpe and Ryan have shown some early chemistry despite the fact he has only four catches on the season. Twice Ryan threw the ball into a tight window trusting Sharpe to make the play, and his trust was rewarded.

Olamide Zaccheaus isn’t a player who is going to be a consistent target, he is undersized and best used as a slot receiver or as a deep threat.  Sharpe is a huge target with solid hands and is going up against a secondary he will have a size advantage on.

To be clear this isn’t a prediction that Sharpe will be a star player or have a huge impact going forward. Rather that it is a perfect storm to allow Sharpe to put together a big week five to help carry Atlanta until they have Gage and Ridley back. Something that must happen quickly if Atlanta is going to contend going forward.
