2. Kyle Pitts finally woke up and delivered in London

Kyle Pitts was incredible on Sunday catching his first touchdown and finishing with 119-receiving yards.  He was the playmaker Atlanta drafted and so badly needed in week five with Calvin Ridley gone for the time being.

If Ridley misses more than just a week the Atlanta offense is going to be okay with the combo of Patterson and Pitts. Pitts showed off his hand strength and catch ability high pointing to snatch passes over the top of defenders.

For Atlanta, they have to hope this was the breakthrough game for Pitts and a sign of things to come not the outlier.  Based on his talent and his quarterback you have to believe this will become the norm for Kyle Pitts.

Even if Ridley is ready to go in time for Atlanta’s next game he has been struggling and Ryan could use a security blanket until Ridley finds his way back to performing at the level we have seen in seasons past.

Defenses are quickly going to shift their schemes to focus on Pitts as Atlanta’s best weapon. Despite his slow start he remains the most talented playmaker on the roster and will soon surpass Patterson as Atlanta’s top yards producer.
