The NFL trade deadline has come and gone and the Atlanta Falcons opted to stick with their current roster. Neither selling and improving their future or addressing any number of needs on their current roster.

Some of this decision-making may have to do with the fact they have very limited cap space and will benefit from waiting for the off-season. The biggest hole on the Atlanta roster is at the receiver position.

With Calvin Ridley stepping away from football for the time being an already thin receiver group is now is easily one of the worst in football.

The Atlanta Falcons cannot replace Calvin Ridley but they can improve at the receiver position

At this point in the season, there are very few options left in free agency. Atlanta’s top ten options are players who need one more chance or veterans who may or may not have anything left in the tank.

Replacing Calvin Ridley with a player with equal talent isn’t possible. However, any of these ten players would give Atlanta a better chance to win than Russell Gage or Olamide Zaccheaus both of whom have struggled badly.

Only Tajae Sharpe of Atlanta’s current receiver group has been productive. While their options are limited here are the ten best receivers to replace Ridley in the lineup.
