If you can believe it, we are already about halfway through the Atlanta Falcons season, it has gone by fast despite being a rollercoaster year.

With the addition of another game by the NFL this year, there is no clear halfway point, obviously. Every team plays 17 games compared to the 16 games played during years past. It is worth noting that the extra game for the Falcons will come in week 12 against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The Falcons have had no shortage of surprising players during this season

It has been nothing but an up and down ride for the Atlanta Falcons, the season kicked off with an absolutely ugly loss against the Eagles, luckily we seem to be way past that, as the team has now shown they can win a game once in a while.

Numerous players have stepped up halfway through the season, whether that be on offense or defense.

Some of those players are more obvious than others, some get more media attention for their outstanding play than others but that is the name of the game. Positions like offensive line seemingly only get national attention when they are playing bad, when they are playing good you do not notice them much.

So, who have been the best ten players for the Atlanta Falcons as we hit the midway mark in the season?
