1. Matt Ryan needs a consistent target to keep the chains moving and Kyle Pitts should be his first option

Kyle Pitts is far too talented not to make an impact in this game. Pitts has had an inconsistent season but has always had an impact on the course of games. The one exception would be Atlanta’s first matchup with the Panthers when Carolina basically took the rookie out of the game.

If that happens this week Atlanta is going to get blown out. Matt Ryan doesn’t have many options when it comes to targets and Pitts is without a doubt his most talented option. Cordarrelle Patterson could be in that discussion as well though he spends more time in the backfield.

Atlanta needs Pitts to exceed 100-yards receiving and wreck a 49ers defense that is susceptible to the pass.  A combination of Pitts and Russell Gage should be enough to keep the Atlanta Falcons passing attack viable and give them a shot at moving the ball consistently.

Kyle Pitts is going to be a star in the league regardless of how this game goes, however, this is the biggest moment of the rookie’s career thus far.   Atlanta needs Kyle Pitts to be the game wrecker they drafted him to be.
