Speculation is already swirling around the Atlanta Falcons early on this off-season. Who they could decide to trade or cut to help create cap space will be the focus of what should be a very busy off-season.

Calvin Ridley’s future and whether or not the Falcons are able to bring back Cordarrelle Patterson will be the obvious headlines for the team. Ridley missed most of the 2021 season and whether or not he will return to football remains unknown.

There is no missing the fact that Cordarrelle Patterson wants to return to Atlanta. The utility player has openly campaigned to stick with a team that needs his skillset. Re-signing Patterson is an early priority for a team that needs him.

The players Atlanta Falcons may move on from are obvious but who are the building blocks for Atlanta next season?
