2. Odell Beckham Jr. is Atlanta’s best option in free agency

Despite his injury in the Super Bowl Odell Beckham had a huge impact and won his first ring in what was a busy season for the star receiver. His time with the Browns came to a surprising end when a tape was released by a family member highlighting how many times Baker missed a wide-open Odell.

In retrospect can anyone argue against the tape? After leaving the Browns and joining the Rams Odell turned back into the star he was in New York impacting the game and winning his first ring. It was a great moment for a player who has often dealt with an unfair amount of media backlash.

If Odell can get healthy soon enough to make an impact this season Atlanta should have him at the top of their list. He is a star player that Atlanta lacks, one fans will pay to see and a player who will help take some pressure off of Kyle Pitts and Matt Ryan.

Ryan and Odell would be a great pairing when you consider Ryan’s track record with star receivers. He will feed his best players the football and give them a chance to make plays in space. As we watched unfold with the Rams that is all Odell needs to have an impact and return to the dominant player he is capable of being. Signing Beckham is a long shot but it is a move Atlanta should be exploring early this off-season.
