1. Julio Jones

Jones makes a lot of sense for the Colts and for Matt Ryan. Jones long helped elevate Ryan during his time in Atlanta and would be a great veteran addition for the Colts. The Colts have solid receivers but could use a veteran like Julio and Jones could use a season to rebuild a bit of his value.

Why not join back up with the quarterback who helped bring you your most success? With Atlanta now in full rebuild mode and Ryan gone a reunion with Jones no longer makes sense there.  The Colts could land Julio for a bargain contract now that they have their quarterback.

Landing Ryan is a step in the right direction but the Colts should be far from done in a loaded AFC. Making the move for Ryan is a contending move that needs to be followed by bringing in impactful veterans and going into full win-now mode just as we saw the Rams do last season after trading for Matthew Stafford.
